Matrix Turbulators – Technical Specifications
Matrix turbulators enhance heat transfer by inducing turbulence within the fluid flow, maximizing contact with tube walls and improving efficiency in applications like HVAC systems and heat exchangers
Diameter: The typical diameter for matrix turbulators is 8 mm, but this can be customized based on client requirements to fit different tube sizes.
Wire Construction: The central rods usually have a diameter of 1 mm, but they can be adjusted between 0.7 mm and 1.5 mm to suit specific applications. The loop-forming wire generally has a diameter of 0.5 mm, with an adjustable range between 0.3 mm and 0.7 mm.
Length: J.F.Key’s matrix turbulators can be manufactured in any length, and they are available either in pre-cut lengths or by the meter, depending on the client’s needs.
Customizability: All parameters, including diameter, wire thickness, and length, can be tailored to specific client specifications, allowing for flexibility in various heat exchanger designs.
